Model 96-G  completely remanufactured and retrofit 2019

This G&E Gear Gashing machine was completely Remanufactured to cut both External and Internal diameter Gears and Splines. This machine was completely remanufactured professionally through our extensive remanufacturing process. The machine was also manufactured  with new slide machined and fit to utilize and run the NEW G&E Designed Gashing heads.  All  of our newly designed heads will fit on this remanufactured machine. Note: the machine has been Remanufatured with all new Ballscrews, hardened and ground ways, new hydraulics and brakes for the table along with new head slide, perfectly fit to receive New heads and control of your choice.

Price includes your choice of either an external or internal head. test run-off at Piselli Ent location & loading on customers trucks 

Installation can be quoted based on a pit or floor mount positioning and /or as a complete job or on an hourly basis. Customer is responsible for all rigging , unloading , foundation work, cat walk or any other safety measures deemed necessary. Piselli Enterprises would quote for supplying the labor for completing the machine wiring , hook-up, and final installation, once machine is properly placed in its final position by customer. Piselli enterprises can also quote the Operator training as well on site . 

Customer is responsible to supply all parts, tooling and blanks for its runnoff. If nothing is available from customer then Piselli Ent will supply and charge customer back for tooling and any additional charges

40% down with order
50% upon runoff at Piselli Ent.
Balance of 10% 15 days after shipment and or 30 days after installation if Piselli ent is contracted to install machine.

Original foundation drawings and manuals are also included with machine purchase.
